At its heart, Socialism is a much more refined and intense form of Greed than Capitalism could ever hope to be. Capitalism requires some effort to work on the part of the Capitalists. What could be more greedy than putting in zero effort outside of voting and whining for other people to steal still other peoples' money and give it to you?

Another example of how it's easy to be in favor of confiscating money "from someone else" when they aren't yet in the position of having their money redistributed. The easiest way to be in favor of redistribution is when it always is put in your pocket and none is taken out..................

Yep. And as JRsec said, it's also damning of what our education system is teaching.....why are they teaching it - easy - government money is the teat they suckle on.........

No doubt about it, anybody under 30 today is part of the worst generation of Americans to ever be born....

It’s like I tell my son, when I came out of school, you had to be the best to land the best job or that spot in graduate school. Nowadays you just need to be average because of the majority of who you are competing against suck.

So, I have one kid out of college, and he lived with us for less than 2 weeks after college before he landed a job, moved out, and started work. He has since married and is expecting my first grandchild.

My second kid is just starting her senior year of college, but doesn't plan to come home post college.

#3 is a sophomore in high school and he may be the one that thinks living in basements and playing video games is a great ambition. Only time will tell, but there is a reason why I am not currently spending the money to "finish" the basement.

#4 is only 10 and we have time to figure out what she will do....however, she has already expressed an interest in Massage Therapy....so there is that.

So far so good.
