Connecticut switching conferences
Connecticut is switching back to the Big East from the American Athletic.

That's great for women's basketball.

Big East doesn't have football, and I've seen some speculation it would try to join the MAC or Conference USA in football.

Ack, no. Go join CUSA. The football only schools do nothing for the MAC.
