What you call real chili is an abomination made by weak Texans who couldn't stomach or handle real Chile! The Green Chile and Red Chile of New Mexico is the best I have ever had. I still love my Skyline and it's usually the first place I eat at when I go back to Cincinnati. I find it fascinating that Greek Chili over spaghetti really only took off in Cincinnati, where as Greek Chili over Hotdogs aka Coneys are commonly eaten throughout parts of the Midwest and Northeast.

If I could eat only one food, it would be a bowl of green chile. I've never missed food like I miss green chile from when I moved from Colorado to Oregon. I get at least two bushels of the finest hatch chiles shipped to me each fall. Damn you - now my mouth is watering.
