In all seriousness we look a lot better on paper this year, but so does the whole conference. I'm really excited for the season to see if we can finally take a step towards getting the program back to where it should be.

But a 4th straight garbage season will crush me lol

Wiseman will average around 13ppg when all said and done and Memphis will be an 8 or 9 seed in the big dance.

This will still be a step up from where you guys have been, but for those Tiger fans who think Wiseman is going average 25ppg and lead Memphis to a 30-4 mark, you may be a little let down.

Think you are partially right, I agree, Wiseman won't avg 25ppg, more likely about 16ppg but that due to having offensive talent at every position. But I do think Memphis will get close to 30 wins, maybe 26-30 wins.

Artful trolling is hard. It is unreasonable to expect “A” results every time, but he comes closer than any poster here.

If we are a 8 or 9 seed this season is a disaster. Have to be at the lowest a 6 seed.

Honestly, there is usually very little difference between teams that are a 6 seed and a 9 seed. At that level, every team has flaws....its just which flaws the committee chooses to care about at any given moment. That's why I do understand people setting expectations on tourney seeding. Its stupid.

lol that's what I say...they all can't be homeruns. You have to have singles, doubles, and hit by pitches in there. It's just a fact of life.

If we are that low, the stock of Wiseman, Achiuwa, and maybe others will fall. For us to continue momentum Wiseman needs to be a Top 2 pick and Achiuwa needs to be a lottery or edge of lottery player. If they are that level of player, I have no idea how we are a 8 or 9 seed.
