Two others for credit are Johnny Pont, the last guy to take IU to the Rose Bowl and John Mackovic, who lead Illinois to a share of the Big 10 title in 1990 (in addition to his stints at Texas and Arizona following).

Yeah, names stuck in my head...whenever Miami is on ESPN a good chance the ¨Cradle of Coaches¨ graphic goes up during the game.
