How delusional do you have to be to think we're copying you?

Do yall even hear yourselves at times?

Don’t even give em the time of day. They’re not even worth it. I bet the lights are going to look awesome in the 4th quarter when don’t stop believing starts playing. Couple them with the howitzer at kickoff and it’s gonna be near sensory overload 04-rock

Probably for reasons similar to why App State would never use black.

The concept of colored lights is not being questioned.

Using the very specific shade of blue that's associated with GSU's brand to light GS' stadium is humorous however.

Oh c'mon, this is funny stuff. Oh well, carry on.

(Idk if you're being obtuse on purpose or really think this isnt a big deal. In which case, i agree that this isnt a big enough deal to discuss deeply. It is..humorous. Nothing more.)

Okay, so let’s say you’re right and our Athletic Director went on Georgia State’s website to their brand section and found the specific shade of blue that Ga State is “known for” and requested lights at that specific shade so that we could copy Georgia State’s little lighting ceremony thing. If that’s the case, why did we not “light it blue” when we beat Campbell yesterday?

Or was it the more likely scenario that we were ordering new lights for our stadium and the company said “hey want some blue lights too?” and we said “**** yeah that sounds tight”

?? I said your "AD went on Georgia State's website to their brand section and found the specific shade of blue that Ga State is known for and requested lights at that specific shade so that we could copy Georgia Stats's little lighting ceremony thing?" I'm pretty sure that's called libel but damn, quality content is quality content.

Actually when I first saw the pic, I happened to think that it's plausible that the blue used by that company just happened to be GSU's shade of blue (because c'mon, it's obviously the best kind of blue there is of course haha.) It's still nonetheless funny to see our color on GS' field. You guys probably couldve taken the extra effort to create some cool, customized navy blue lighting effects, but probably not worth the time and effort honestly.

I knew I shouldve just laughed irl and not typed anything so GS fans wouldn't get defensive. I got baited by the comment that we never light it blue lol. Damn. Touche.

Hey let's start over. Ehem.
Blue lights like us! **** yeah that's tight! Awww yeah. *insert bro fist* (this is outrageous, this site needs more emojis)

P.S. sorry fam, typing on the phone is hard, especially when gf is giving stares for using the said phone during movie night. Good night yall lol

RE: Offseason Discussions: SBC Facility Projects
I tried to be as objective as possible here. This is how I would rank the Sun Belt stadiums based on the stadiums themselves (i.e., no taking into account outside scenery). In-stadium general aesthetics and endzone and behind-the-stands facilities are taken into account.

This isn't easy to do because the argument can be made that one isn't better than the other; they're just all unique.

1. South Alabama - Brand new and checks all the boxes.
2. Texas State - View of the outside and inside of stadium top notch
3. Troy - End zone and behind-the-stands facility are great. Looks very good on TV.
4. App State - Same as Troy but no horseshoe, though hill a big improvement
5. Coastal Carolina - Expansion to horseshoe looks good. Worthy of hosting bowl game.
6. Arkansas State - Waterfalls are nice. Amenities/facilities look nice.
7. Georgia State - Pro-quality facilities but needs a lot to fully transform into a football-orientation
8. Louisiana - It's big. It's not immediately apparent what the highlights are in terms of amenities.
9. Georgia Southern - It looks aesthetically fine (prettiest little stadium), but seems like it needs some modernization.
10. ULM - Big. Reminds me of a smaller version of what I saw of Clemson growing up in SC in the early 90's. But that was almost 30 years ago. Needs updates.

Am I way off? About right?

Full disclosure: I have only been to Kidd Brewer. Well, I went to Turner Field in 2002, but I dont know how much that counts. Please weigh in if I'm way wrong on your school's stadium.
