Mike Miller to Brooklyn?
According to Chris Vernon, the Nets are interested in hiring MM as an assistant or in the Front Office in an effort to recruit Kyrie Irving to Brooklyn, seems unlikely, but still noteworthy.

When Mason finishes HS, that's when there's a worry I would think.

Verno phrased the Nets interest in the past tense. Looks like Kyrie is probably going to the Nets anyway. He just bought a house in Jersey, and changed his agent to Roc Nation, which has a lot of Nets ties.

I hope it isn't true. But, if it is, I wish Coach Mike all the success.

I guess people have to look around and find something topical for discussion during the slow summer time. Sheesh!!!!

I would have been surprised if there was any mutual interest anyway. I think it's everyone's understanding that Miller wants to be a college head coach. Being an assistant at Memphis right now is almost a certain path to that and I doubt, Miller being a smart man, he would give that up.

If u have a successful program, other teams will try and poach yo coach, it is a compliment
Look at the assistant coaches we've lost in football under Feunte and Mike
The good news, plenty of Coaches want to fill these positions, that said I hope Mike has a good time and stays with the Tigers another 10years

Me 2. And Mike is not recruiting like he's planning to go somewhere. If Mike had some truth serum he might tell you that his staff this year is better than his staff last year.

It doesn't matter, it looks like people here just need something to talk about during slow times --- so we have threads like this one.
