No one 'gets sent' to hell. people choose where they want to be. God respects where people choose to go by their actions. Lucifer, created by God, was given free will, and chose to be separated from God--hence hell, which exists because God loves us enough to give us freedom to choose against Him. She's allowed others and herself to convince her that she is somehow doing the right thing here. In that context it's a little more difficult to accost her over her decision but... "Hell is full of good intentions or desires.".
