Hunter Gaddis of GSU goes in the 5th round to the Indians.
Funny our worst team this year has the highest drafted player.

6th round:
Georgia Southern pitcher Seth Shuman goes to the A's.

We ll miss Shuman but he will sign. The average signing bonus for where he was drafted is 250-300K.

Zach Greene from USA goes in 8th round to the Yankees

9th round:
Texas State pitcher Hunter McMahon was just selected by the Nationals. He was only a sophomore but is 21 so draft eligible.

9th round:
Two picks after McMahon, UL's Todd Lott goes to the Cardinals.

10th round:
2nd pick of the 10th round: Anthony Veneziano of Coastal Carolina is taken by the Royals.

Lott is the only position player taken in the first ten rounds. His slot is 152k.

Gaddis, Shuman and McMahon are going to get nice bonuses. McMahon, as a sophomore, still has leverage for the future if he wants to come back.

As a senior, Greene will get a plane ticket to his first stop in the minors.
