Man who threw child receives 17 years in prison

America is the only place where you are rewarded by the criminal courts for being inept. The punishment for attempted 1st degree murder should be the same 1st degree murder. A fast drop with a quicker stop.

19 years in prison, per the article.
If this guy is mixed in with the general-prisoner population, he will wish he had been sentenced to death. Then he could’ve had, at least, a few years of solitary confinement on Death Row while he waited for the appeals to play out. If he gets stirred in to the pot with all the other hard-core psychos, he will get the Jeffrey Dahmer treatment on the inside.

It's like the guy back home claiming he'll be a made man in prison for killing a white cop until someone reminded him he killed black women and kids, which takes away his cred and puts a target on his back. Now he's claiming insanity. He doesn't want what's coming to him.

when he gets inside he better befriend some black panthers real quick... I mean real quick.
Hopefully he can smuggle some blush into prison.. if not...he better at least know how to tie his hair into pigtails...
