The four have to be contiguous at the end of the fourth round, but you don't have to move state to state. At least that's how we did it in the P5 draft.

The four have to be contiguous at the end of the fourth round, but you don't have to move state to state. At least that's how we did it in the P5 draft.

In the other draft I drafted Alabama then jumped a state to LSU and later drafted Tennessee and had to take Mississippi because Arkansas was taken a pick earlier. As long as the 4 are connected after 4 picks you're good.

Or Marshall since West Virginia connects Maryland and Ohio.
