Turning the judiciary into an unelected poltical body instead of an interpreter of the law is a dangerous slippery slope.

I don't quite understand how a district judge can issue an injunction that extends beyond his district boundaries. Obviously they can, but that just seems wrong to me. I would certainly favor a law making it the case that they could not.
