Just fyi...Last loss inside state of Indiana: Nov. 5, 2008, at Ball State, 45-14.
(Oct. 6, 2018, was the last time NIU played in Indiana.)
Since then, in Indiana, 2-0 vs. Purdue ('09 and '13) and 5-0 vs. Ball State ('10, '12, '14, '16, '18).

If the question was "lost in Indiana" then I admit I got it wrong. I had read it as the last time NIU played in Indiana. I stand corrected.

Have the Huskies ever played Indiana in Bloomington? I would love to see that.

Sept. 11, 1993, at Indiana, lost 28-10. Charlie Sadler was head coach and NIU finished 4-7 overall. Northern played a "heavy" schedule, also playing at Iowa, Iowa State, Mississippi (lost those too). Sad times.

Note: former great NIU coach Bill Mallory was Hoosiers' hc. Indiana finished 8-4. Ironically, his 10th anniversary season after leading Huskies to 1983 California Bowl win.

Toledo at Notre Dame in 2021 was scheduled a while back. No return game of course. I see that Kentucky was also announced for NIU. We are also playing at Kentucky this coming football season.

The FBSchedules website still shows Tulsa and Vandy. Forgot to check for USF.

USF got bumped way out I think last year.

The reason we got bumped is USF signed a deal with Alabama for home and home in 2023 and 2024 the USF goes to Tuscaloosa in 2026 and gets paid $1,000,000 for that game.
