MW TV contract expected to now be announced in early fall.
Per a recent Wyoming focused article on the new TV contract.

https://trib.com/sports/college/wyoming/...23cef.html

Wyoming AD Tom Burman indicates 'he would be “shocked” if a new contract wasn’t announced early this fall.' The news is that 'early Fall' is now when to anticipate an announcement rather than early in the year.

“ there is interest from all four major media networks and others. ' “Everything is on the table from all the traditional outlets from CBS, ESPN, FOX, NBC, and then there’s all the digital options that are available now,” said Burman, who serves on a committee that will consider network offers and run them by the rest of the league’s athletic directors before recommendations are made to school presidents and chancellors.”

CBSSN get Tier 1/2 rights (Championship and high profile games on CBS), NFL Network shows 10 FB games & ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU get select FB/BB Tier 2 games, with NBCSN getting 10-15 sublicensed basketball games, Stadium gets Tier 3 rights.

What is NFLN plan, there were only 10 C-USA games available
NFLN could open 40 spots if they wanted.
ESPN would have to step to get what they wanted
CBSS & NBCSN might still be interested

Things certainly broke right for MWC
Good move for NFL, invest in your farm system

Apparently, the NFL network is interested in bidding on some MW games.

From the sounds of it, it looks like the MW is not going re-sign with CBSSN as of now and will entertain bids from other networks. If Fox and NBC are interested in the MW as stated, I want to see what they would offer. Especially, NBCSN as the MW can probably get a lot of good game times with them and they are on a lot of basic channel packages.
I would like for the MW to be with Stadium for any 2nd and 3rd tier games as we would get good game times with them and to be able for them to show football games on their main channel.

CUSA at 330 and MWC at 730 wouldnt be a bad combo for NFL Network

Stadium is a good option to for the non premiere games

Lol that's not those networks showing interest, that's the mw shopping themselves around and a combination of the rumour NFL network wants more college content.

Fox is struggling with the PAC, so FS1 or FS2 seems more likely. NBC/NBCsports makes some sense. CBSsports apparently offered the same current deal. ESPN/ABC want the Boise cut out but not sure they offered much more than last time or basically the same as CBSsports.

Digital for a good section of inventory would help with kick off times.

Sinclair making a new national sports channel with the FSR is a possibility given Sinclair is doing that.

NFL network seems a good possibility.

Will either Sinclair or NFLN bid enough to push CBSsports or ESPN to give a counter offer? Will the money bump be enough to give up the better control over kick off times they coveted?
What balance can they work between exposure, money, and control?
How bad do they want out of the eternal linear television cut out for Boise? If they only sell the Boise cut to ESPN and it's a low ball offer (only 6 games of which 3 may not be any good in a given year) does Boise make a stink about it?

Forever, I love your stuff that you throw out there.
But 5 suitors is good thing, (I agree no Fox)
(40) 10:30 starts, Boise, And Force, Colo St (sch)
Become more valuable. (NM got to get off it's a$$)

Things broke right for MWC, but the key is
What are NFL intentions, they league has always been proactive.
NFL wants to expand into Europe, Mex & Canada
Their gonna need players & fans
Investing in your farm system makes sence
