I see that only 2 of the 3 have a chance in hell of winning the presidency.

Right, just like the rest of the democratic field. Everyone has their favorite right now, and if polled, would say that Trump shouldn’t be re-elected. But odds are, their favorite isn’t going to even win the primary.

So, what happens when it’s Trump vs Biden? Does OP really think 2020 is going to be 60/40 in favor of the dems? That’s laughable.

Well, Republicans did say they would like to see another Republican to challenge Trump for the 2020 race. Not all Republican voters are in love with Trump, and those are the ones who also thinks that Trump should be impeached.

Exactly. You have some republicans that would love a different guy. Give them a choice between Trump and Crazy Bernie--with at least one Supreme Court Justice in poor health---any conservative who can round up more than 3 brain cells is voting for Trump again.

in what areas relating to where the country and the world is 5-22-2019? Not your ideals of what you think is better. Other words not your Europe ideals that you think is so great but doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell being passed here. Or working.. But what would actually work in America 2019.

My biggest worry with Trump is that he has so many negatives that he could get one of the socialist/communist/collectivist democrats win. He's just still got a lot of negatives, kind of like both he and Hillary did in 2016.

As long as he wins in 2020, I'm okay with him. But I think it's absolutely critical that nobody in the current field of democrat presidential candidates ever gets to live in the White House. So my biggest negative for Trump is the possibility that he might lose in 2020, and my reason for favoring somebody else is that somebody with fewer negatives might have less chance of losing in 2020. Then again, I never expected him to win in 2016.

As far as your questions, I could give you some responses, but my concern really goes in a different direction.

As far as the derogatory European comment, my biggest point about Europe is that they aren't nearly as far into socialist/communist/collectivist redistribution as are the democrats.

Has Lotsof People entered the race yet? I haven’t seen him mentioned.

Seriously, Trump is exactly what we needed at this point in time. We needed a reset after 8 miserable years of Barry. We also needed a very strong personality to fight the dinosaurs of the democrat party and their bed buddies in the media. Trump fits that role perfectly. Pelosi and Schumer have one foot out the door and those who will replace them will turn left of left leaving the democrat party in shambles.

The only media person who seems neutral is Don Lemon. He was very critical more on Hillary more often then he did with Trump. He is not in love with AOC either. And he did slammed the DNC for the apparent fixed against Bernie. Too bad we do not have more media like this.

So the "many" that you rate greater than the President has nothing to do with running the country, better? In will take "negatives" as long as the main concerns for the working families and those just starting out actually have a shot at making it.

The president (no matter who they are) can call out whom ever he wants any way he wants as long as the important things are getting done. Sometimes that's what it takes. Of course for most people that you put on the list....

wont have the balls to do what they really think is important to them. Nope...99% will be party first and worry about pissing people on social media off. No matter who is running if they dont control both sides not much will get passed

I would still like to see that list and if there are many 2 or 3 shouldnt be that hard

It's strictly a political calculation with me.

It has everything to do with winning in 2020. Trump has a lot of negatives, so he could possibly be vulnerable. And I think the results of any democrat victory in 2020 would be so dire that my first consideration is preventing that. Democrats are going to nominate a collectivist--that's all they have in their current field. It would take somebody with a lot of negatives to lose to one of them. Trump is the one republican who has a lot of negatives.

I want the most conservative candidate who can win. If Trump wins in 2020, I'm fine with him. If his negatives cause him to lose, I'm not.

I think Trump's re-election chances hinge solely on the economy continuing to hum. But that's a very vulnerable factor to hinge everything. One economic downturn between now and November 2020 (and we are overdue) and we become a communist country.
