Denny Crum Recovering From Stroke

Some of my fondest memories from my years as a student were watching the Tigers under Coach Finch battle the Cardinals under Coach Crum. Coach Crum was the guy you loved to hate, but he had a brilliant basketball mind and was a great coach.

Thoughts and prayers to Coach Crum and his family.

He's a gentleman, and though I wasn't a fan of his team...you cannot deny that he belongs in the company of the elite coaches who have coached the game.
I wish him a speedy recovery.

I used to love the Denny Crum/Dana Kirk games. Dana Kirk used to know how to play against Crum.

Kirk and Crum didn't like each other---one of my fondest memories of the TIGERS---was the wrong way play Dana pulled on Crum-----Crum liked trolling the CITY by calling us MEMPHIS---not MEMPHIS STATE. I bet he calls us MEMPHIS STATE now LOL
