Geoff downplayed it on his show and someone from the University contacted him to tell him it was just a regular press conference. That said, I think he has to address the Sam Mitchell situation considering Sam’s comments

Yea, kinda huge. This is likely the reason we pulled out of the other tournament. Getting 4 games under their belt before the start of the season is a really good move for this team.

I would love Larry Brown, but John said he has texted him multiple times for an interview and every time Brown has responded with something like going to the doctor, or having medical issues..

But yeah, I have 100% faith in Penny hiring someone who is fantastic in that spot.
