None currently. They used to have a few bowl games about a decade ago but never any regular season games.

Nice get. World of difference from BeIn.
I assume CBSSN is still the primary rights holder, and therefore first picks. Definitely an improvement in exposure. I hope you get a little $$ from this, too.

Very Happy about this. Never thought I would ever say: "Way to Go, Judy".

That Stadium/FB number seems low.

If I did my math right, there are 56 intra-conference games and 30 non-conference (counting the neutral site games against Louisville and Texas) games plus the championship under Conference USA TV control.

So 89 games and only 38 on "TV".

Seems like we usually have some Friday night ESPN2 games as well.

Is this for real? A big time surprise for CUSA...Let’s go ahead and make Associate CUSA commissioner Merton Hanks our head commish. Have a feeling he was very instrumental in getting this deal done...

Me too. Was expecting some sort of meme of Judy in that toy Jeep. First positive news I can remember from CUSA in maybe forever.

Definitely move to have Merton Hanks as associate commish, and when all deals expire, make NFL Network #1, CBSSN #2, and Stadium/Facebook/ESPN+ everything else.

That was with the short term deal we had with ESPN, basically giving them free content for the exposure, that deal has now expired.

Great deal, no one can deny it this time (I know the basketball tournament setup is controversial but I applaud Judy for trying something different).

This.

We've got to grow CUSA's brand. I've never been to a larger chain bar (BWW, D&B's, Walk-On's etc.) or even restaurant that wasn't showing (or can) the NFL Network. Yuge.

And on top of this, it also satisfies all those who stream as well. You've got the NFL Network App on Firestick/TV, Roku, Apple TV, Hulu, Sling...

RE: CUSA signs deal with NFL Network
Just an FYI

AT&T has informed DirecTV Now and U-Verse TV customers that they no longer have access to NFL Network.

https://www.multichannel.com/news/direct...fl-network

According to Chris Viannini, NFL Network has lost 4.4 subscribers so this deal with CUSA is right place right time for both entities. (Link)

Overall, this is great for CUSA. As much as I liked BeIN for their coverage of CUSA, they are losing subscribers and carriers. NFL Network, while also losing subscribers, has a reach far greater than BeIN, my hope is that NFL Network, takes this seriously.

The money really doesn't matter to me. It's great exposure. We're finally on a meaningful linear TV channel. Let them have our best matchups as soon as possible.

Doesn't matter how many subscribers NFL network losses, still quadruple times better that what bein could bring...NFL Network at least still available on regular DIrect TV...

A step in the right direction. Has the conference Administration been replaced and we were not notified?

Yes. You can get it for Roku or similar devices instead of a dish on the roof. Was half the price of Direct TV dish service when we got it 2 years ago.
