I feel sad for this family, but the first day of football practice every year, the lead trainer made us read the warning sticker on the helmets—word-for-word—and told us that we could die, in about as frank terms as possible. Anyone who believes they won't get injured playing football despite equipment is naive.

Can I sue shoe manufacturers for all of the terrible ankle injuries I've received?

These types of lawsuits seriously harm everyday people in insidious ways. This is why we can't have nice things.

You know what I want to see, Trojan get sued. How many people wearing condoms have ended up with serious life-threatening diseases, or have in-fact died from a sexually-transmitted disease? Maybe the sexual revolution will go to die in a courtroom as well.
