Ok, Kentucky is bad enough. But nobody GAF about Tennessee. They just had their best team ever and got bounced in the Sweet 16.

Other than being in Tennessee, the only other thing they have in common with us is that our best teams ever were both in 2008. I think that was by far the best team they ever had... wouldve wiped the floor with last years version. Only bad thing for them was how many great teams their were that year. 3 of the top teams that year were top 15 of the decade... including us.

we make everybody feel insecure, and they follow it up emotionally by filling in whatever gap their minds can spontaneously come up with without ever checking if there is any truth to the statement or not. Unreal

Yeah, admitted he wanted and thought he had the UCLA job. Classic Barnes.

I thought it was a pretty fair article.

Outside of the part where he said Cal was all about getting one and done talent. Cal only had 3 OAD players in 9 years....Rose, Tyreke and Wagner.

(Maybe Shawne Williams was OAD, can't remember. Did he play one or 2?)

He says UT is all about developing talent, but the Rose team (and Tyreke team, for that matter) was built when he got here. He was just the cherry on top.

Bottom line is if they could get the best of the best they would, just like anyone else. But they generally can't.

Somebody here added this to their signature I think is funny.

I despise UT. Whoever UT plays, I always cheer for the other team. Every. Single. Time.

TV might have a difficult time resisting a Memphis-UK game, hope there's something in the works yet to be announced. Beating both UTK & UK next year would be sweet.

Shawne was one and done. Played on our first of 3 straight E8 teams in 2006 with Dwash when we lost to UCLA
