Didn't see a thread, but seems like a really nice pick up to help out the WR corp.
The 6-foot-6, 205-pounder was once ranked a 4-star prospect and the No. 126th overall prospect with a player ranking of 94, within the 2018 recruiting cycle.
Yeah, that is a really nice pickup. I know he was really interested in us the first go round. Not surprising really, as I think a lot of people called it that he would struggle to see the field early on at OSU. He definitely has the physical gifts to be a great receiver for us.

Per the article, he's trying for immediate eligibility and seems confident about it. Of course, we heard similar thoughts regarding Hudson. Either way, he looks like a great add!
Really exciting what Coach Fickel is building here at Cincinnati. The talent level is significantly better than when he arrived and he has made Cincinnati a legit landing spot for even elite level players, especially those in the area. Can’t wait to see how the program continues to progress.

He would have been UC's top recruit ever (according to 247) if we actually nabbed him out of HS.
It really is sad...situations like this and Sam Longo a few years back always make me wish people had better advice. He basically lost two years of his playing career on bad sales pitches when he literally was between the two schools he has ended up enrolling in.

I see it differently. All these guys believe in their talent and I have no issue with trying to see if you can make it at the highest level. If it doesn't work out you can transfer and still have a couple years left.

That makes sense, completely understand what you're saying here.

I was wondering the same thing!
This could be the perfect year to do it. He would be redshirting for football anyway. So he could devote a little bit more time to the basketball team.
