His spot will be easy to fill. Both Hardnett and Toyambi can outjump him by a foot or more and much more athletic. He couldn't shoot a lick so we'll be fine.

Playing in a 3,400 seat arena in the Sun Belt Conference. I wish him well and hope he's a starter there. I know he battled an injury this past season but it was hard to envision him getting much more in the way of meaningful minutes as an upperclassman, especially in what we expect to be Brannen's style of play.
Kid should have stayed. Would have played 10-12 minutes per game (more if her earned it) and competed once again for a conference championship and an NCAA bid before capacity home crowds every night. He'll get nothing of this at Georgia State.
Scholarships are year to year. I doubt Brannen straight up kicked him off the team, but he may have heavily suggested that he didn't fit his style and should look to see what other programs would be interested.

to be fair, we also earned NCAA bids 3 out of last 5 years...granted it's highly likely we won't get higher seeding than #12 while being in the SunBelt.

Nsoseme should be an excellent player for you. An excellent rebounder as a freshman and one of the best rebounders in CBB last year up until he injured his ankle mid-season. Brings high energy and hustles for absolutely every ball. Not very good on offense, but not as bad as his stats make him out to be (wore a cast on a finger on his shooting hand last year, got if off right around when he injured his ankle). I'd take him over Vogt and Sorolla (our two new bigs).

Micky recruit...now in the Sunbelt. Got it.
Basically more proof that some people (Hepblad and Justinhub) needlessly freaked out when these kids put their names in the transfer portal.

He can grab a few boards and provide some beef in the middle for limited minutes. Still has to grasp what putting the ball in the bucket is.

Nobody on here will remember us playing you. The next game after you was the infamous Nevada game.

Good info about the cast on his shooting hand. That explains some things about his stats. Thanks, rep points for you.
If Nsoseme can at least give us solid 10mins off the bench for freebie fouls, rebounds, and defensive hustle, I'll take it. Rebounds and fatigue cost us some important games...including the 2018 matchup against Cincinnati.

Very good rebounder and above average defender. Horrible on the offensive end. He cannot get his shot off around the rim and has zero range with or without the cast. He will be a good player for you.

RE: Nsoseme now gone
That new arena looks beautiful. I think GSU is up there with Old Dominion and a few others as potential AAC replacements or additions in the future. As for Nsoseme, I wouldn't count on him to be a starter at GSU, but he gave us 10 minutes of rebounding and hustle when needed, and I have no doubt could do the same or even a little more in a less competitive conference (no offense to the Sun Belt). He really is extremely limited offensively though, and I couldn't imagine him ever scoring more than 5 or 6 points per game even against lesser competition.

Exactly what others have said. You're getting a hard worker who is basically a traffic cone on offense at this point...he'll help you in spurts, but frustrate the hell out of you if he's in there for long stretches.

Just hope he doesn't get to the free throw line.

RE: Nsoseme now gone
Nsoseme will give GSU some solid back up minutes...just make sure you don't let him have the ball on offense and also, you will probably need to sticky tape on the floor where he is supposed to be on every set. Other than that, he should be a good to go.

No jump shot.
No post moves.
Can't hit a free throw.
Grab a board.
Eat some fouls.
= limited minutes on most division one programs...

I gotta disagree with you on Vogt. I think Vogt has more potential than Nsoseme and would have had more playing time if he wasn't stuck behind NKU's star player. Also Sorolla was stuck in a rotation with Rik Smits' son, who is getting a look from NBA scouts.
I think Nsoseme vs. Sorolla is nearly a wash... a healthy Nsoseme probably gets the nod from me due to superior athleticism and rebounding. But Vogt could be pretty good after his red shirt year. Obviously I would take Brooks over any of them this season, but it seems like he might have transferred regardless of Cronin leaving.

I'd take Vogt over Ssoseme any day. Vogt has a chance to put the ball in the basket and he has a TON more upside.
