Weather is FINALLY cooperating and the 2019 season looks as if it will finally get started. This year the HHC is honoring Hoyette and Greg Hodnett.

Friday, May 17, Legends Dinner prior to Hooker Hood Classic on May 18. The Legends catfish dinner is only $10 and will honor Hoyette and Greg Hodnett. Please Come and help us celebrate these great legends.
May 18 - Hooker Hood Classic Race - 360 Sprints, Midsouth 305 Sprint Car Association Sprints, Late Models and Stock Cars. Be There to help us celebrate Sprint Hall of Fame Driver, Hooker Hood. General Admission: Adults $20, Kids 6-11 $5, Kids 5 and Under free! Pit Passes $35

Weather looks great. Calling for clear skies and 85 degrees at race time. Low of 71 later that night.
Gates open at 5pm

Mound City Road is still underwater in areas and MLK is undergoing construction. So you should use exit 3B from the "old" bridge or Ingram Mills exit from the other directions.
