These fake stories that are part of this "contest" need to be given their own separate board. These should not be mixed in with actual realignment stories. It's ridiculous that I have to question the validity of every new article posted here just because a mod got bored.

There is no actual realignment news, which is one reason JR started this contest.

But, let's take a look at the rest of the board, shall we?

The other threads on the board, during this dead period for college sports, include discussions about the dates and times of football games that won't be played for several more months or years; and a bunch of "what if" threads about things like what CFB would look like if it was reorganized by Martians; and arguments about proposed laws or rule changes that might never be passed; and griping about the salary of the NCAA's idiot president; etc. And many of these "real" threads are just sidetracked by pissing contests such as arguments about trivial and unprovable things, like who has driven their car or truck on more freeways through more states.

Tell us which of those threads are so vital and necessary that you fear they are being obscured by the "contest" threads.

All of them.
