17-7 in SBC. They have won 12 of their last 15. We are 9-6 last 15 games.
State bats. 277. LR .262
State ERA 4.29 best in SBC. LR is 5.21.
Sbc games only
State bats .284. LR .271. That ranks 6 and 7 in sbc.
Tstate ERA 4.56 LR 4.90. That is 1 and 2 in sbc..
We have 2 pitchers in SBC top 10 they have none.

The series against first place Texas State this weekend is huge! It will go a long way to determine our seed in the tourney.

It is unfortunate the weather is not cooperating. They might get the game in Friday. Hope they do. Then play a DH Sunday if they need to. Go Trojans!

May play to yalls advantage. TXST has been bad in doubleheaders this season and last for whatever reason. Even split one at home with GSU last weekend.

I'm hoping the series can stay on schedule enough to play one game a day.

RE: Texas State
When I looked at the weather report, last night, it looked like the rain would stop at about 3pm on Saturday. So moving the game to the early evening looked like a possibility. Now it looks like rain into the night on Saturday, so a Sunday doubleheader might be in the cards.
