wave: Thanks! This is one of the most exciting days for Miner sports that I can remember - and I've been a fan since I came back from Nam in '66 and enrolled at UTEP. I can hardly wait for 2005 and the start of our competion in CUSA! Looking forward to visiting Memphis and other great cities represented by the member schools. Congratulations Miners,

I am very excited about adding such a quality university to our up and coming conference. You guys have a beautiful campus and your sports teams seem well suited to compete in CUSA. My only hope is that we committ to making this conference a complete success by supporting our teams and fostering goodwill among our respective schools. I'm really looking forward to traveling to ElPaso in the near future when my Golden Eagles soar into the Sun Bowl. Likewise, we will certainly welcome all of you to Hattiesburg and the ROCK at Southern Miss for some good competition and southern hospitality. SOUTHERN MISS TO THE TOP! GO EAGLES FIGHT!
