Based on his stats and a quick browse of the PSU forum. It seems like Bolton was playing out of position at PG and is more of a natural SG. He was forced to create his own shot a lot, which led to bad decisions and bad shots (thus the bad EFG% and very bad assist-TO ration). A lot of the PSU fans think he's transferring because he is unlikely to start at PSU for at least a couple of years.

The good is he is an extremely good FT shooter and likely a very good spot up shooter, who isn't afraid to take and make big shots late in the game. It seems like he'd fit in well here if he can get a waiver as an off ball SG who teams have to keep close to, giving the Cumberland's an option for passes and helping to open the court up. If we're expecting him to be a PG he doesn't look all that good, but if we are expecting him to be a SG (or an off-ball PG like Broome was) he could be very good. I guess one more reason he doesn't really compare to Logan.
