I’ll chip in for two classics brought to you by the NHL’s Colorado Rockies (1976-82)

You all know Rock And Roll Part Two (aka the “HEY” song) played after goals (and now other scores in other sports.) A true classic. The Rockies were the first to use it in pro sports.

The other one I like is “Fire on High” by ELO, which local TV channel 2 used as theme music to the hockey coverage in Denver back then.

I thought the Broncos were first with the “Hey” song, but they could have gotten it from the hockey team. Most places don’t play it much anymore after the lead singer was arrested as a pedophile.
