It's called avoiding a question so that you aren't put on record and therefore can get progressive votes in the primary and moderate votes in the general. I'll admit that she could be smoother but smooth isn't her strength.

Now Andrea was drilling the Wisconsin Senator over and over if he thought it was ok that Trump called "law enforcement officials" scum. She was giving Kouchabar softball questions. And the Republican handled it much better and seemed more sincere.

I would have said, its the Democrats who attack police and claim "Blue Lives matter" is racist. The people he called scum are political appointees and lawyers, not "law enforcement officials" and the description was accurate.
