Well nothing "disqualifies" her as the President can put whomever you want in that position. But, it probably limits her ability to do her job when you testify that you lied to your audience and you are the communications director.
I could also argue the position that Trump doesn't need a communications director.

How she said it, to the room full of dipshits, was that they had personally heard from these FBI agents, instead of saying it was being reported that way. And it was reported that way.

There were these stories two years ago. Nobody would speak for attribution, but some former FBI officials did. The stories said Comey REALLY riled up the FBI base.

But what is the lie? That there was not massive dissatisfaction with Comey among the ranks (and for that matter among many others, including the leading democrats), or that she erred in saying that countless numbers of those dissatisfied people had actually spoken to the president?

If the first, then that is a legitimate issue--except there's plenty out there to support that it is in fact not a lie. If the second, then that's more of a misspeak than a lie. It's certainly not a culpable as, "If you like your doctor...."
