.... was the date last year the the men’s basketball signees were announced. I guess the Walker regime likes to keep recruiting as secret as possible as well. We already know Alsean Evans signed. Not sure why we don’t announce as we sign instead of a roundup at the end. Recruiting day used to be exciting, now no one seems to sign or announce on signing day.

I know wes liked announcing them all on the same day. Dw must be the same. Sucks because we dont know who he is recruiting. If we knew we could watch their Twitter accounts.

Why would we want to let other recruits know we have signed someone who might play their position? One advantage we have with a media that has little interest in what we are doing.

Hate to tell you this, but the local media is a dinosaur when it comes to this. Everybody including recruits get their info from Verbal Commits!

So much for Verbal Commits knowing about Marko Lucik. I was told his name a couple of weeks ago, but have been waiting for a formal announcement.

Well, VC doesn't know everything obviously, but they pay a lot more attention to Little Rock prospects than the local rag does, or ever will.
