My prediction of the year is that UTEP is in the top 100. I think they win several games this year.

Although I have to admit, I did not expect UTSA to land this low on the list. I thought Charlotte would be our next team. I know the Runners are a bit down, but should they actually collapse like this, Wilson has to be fired.

Old Dominion, and perhaps Western should show up before us.

Last season we blew too many first half leads. Although I think our new "higher powered" offense will fix that issue, we still don't deserve a top 50 ranking until we prove something on the field.

Expect Charlotte to be near the bottom of these until they make a bowl. Plenty of winnable games and talent on the field this year.

It's really sad we have more teams in than SBC and MAC. I think our bottom 4 are better than their bottom for, well maybe except UTEP. I haven't figured UTEP out, went from top tier of CUSA west to lucky to win a game.

For a conference without any flagships we sure have a few anchors. I truly hope that changes this season.
