DEms once again changing rules

Dems have moving target for rules to qualify for their early debates.

They talk about not stacking the deck, but they have a history of doing that.

That's what losers do. If you can't win you game the rules. But then that's a lot like dumbing down the SAT's 4 times since the 70's, and doing away with grades in High School. If you are losers you always lower standards and change rules.
