RE: Broncos offer 6-9 Georgia Player
Fits all the parameters Hawkins likes. Strong family and academics. Didn't play BB until later age which probably kept big schools away. If Titus signs you get 6'8, 6'8 Johnson, 6'9 Barrs on the roster. Big change from this year which after Seths 7' you fell to several 6'4-6'5 guys.

RE: Broncos offer 6-9 Georgia Player
I’d be surprised if this kid commits to Western or even gives Western a serious sniff.
Thomasville is in southern Georgia a rural community and far removed community. The culture there is nothing like Kalamazoo. Now maybe the kid his family “up north“. Maybe the kid and his family are looking for a fresh and different setting.
I understand visiting Sam Houston State. Southwest is different than southeast. Sam Houston State is not El Paso it’s more like Shreveport which is more like Valdosta which is near Thomasville.
Canisius is a stretch. But Buffalo does have a professional football team so it’s not a far flung and distant destination.
I’m surprised more programs in that area are not interested. Stetson, Jacksonville, Florida golf coast, Mercer, Georgia Southern, Georgia state, Kennesaw State and South Alabama. I understand they could be out of scholarships. With some of the schools have newly hired coaches in the last month or of yet to fill spots.
I’m just sayin.

His recruiting videos look like Titus could be great addition to WMU.

The current WMU roster has kids from South Central LA, Southside Chicago, Far western UP, Central Iowa, Northeast suburbs of Atlanta, West Africa, and inner city Detroit.
Are those cultures like Kalamazoo?

Lol. You’re kidding right? Name the reason for each of the locations you list. What is the context to each?
Doesn’t operate in a vacuum. What is the connection between Thomasville, Georgia and Kalamazoo?
Hawk is from Southern California. Houston played with Shaquille O’Neal’s kid. We’re talking a program that it is on the radar of every D1 program.
South side of Chicago plus a prep school in Indiana an hour and a half to two hours from Kalamazoo .
A last second reach to a coach and program that gave us Nate Hutchinson.
UP is in Michigan as is DETROIT the last I understood. Whitens only D1 offer.
I’ll give you sugar Hill Georgia. Outside of Alcorn State, his only other offer. What conference even has Alcorn St.?
Central Indiana is the steppingstone between Africa and Kalamazoo. Is that all you have? You can’t come up with something better?
