Wild finish. Baylor lead by 11 going into the 4th 66-55. ND scored 8 straight, tied at 74 and took the lead 77-76 with 3:18 left. Then it went back and forth. Baylor took the lead 82-80 with 6 seconds left, ND got fouled with 2 seconds left and only made 1 of 2 FTs.

So Texas took the men's NIT.
Baylor took the women's NCAA
Tech is playing in the men's NCAA finals.

(TCU lost to Texas in the men's NIT semi-finals. I looked at the women's NIT and guess who got to the semis-yes, TCU. But they lost to Arizona in the semis who beat Northwestern in the final).

RE: Baylor wins women's 82-81
that was a wild game and actually some pretty decent basketball there were not a ton of completely missed easy shots right under the basket like I remember a lot of women's BB being

the play in the paint was pretty good and the shooting from outside of there was not bad either

when "LC" for Baylor went down that made a huge difference, but their point guard stepped up and played great especially her last couple of buckets and then at the very end when the ND player made that second free throw instead of missing it it seemed like it would be really hard for Baylor to lose all they had to do was get the ball in and let those couple of seconds run off

the ND player even had her teammate tell her to miss it and damn the ball just went right through like she was going to win a million dollars if she made it.....perhaps the best free throw shot all night
