And I think we are going to have our second ejection from a spring game. Marino just killed a guy.

Lucero is intercepted by Dy’Jonn Turner. Turner’s return is brought back a little after a block in the back.

Block in the back was called instead. We are still waiting for the poor guy he “blocked in the back” to land.

Hopkins’ pass is complete to Kevin Davis, who is lit up over the middle. Ball fumbled but recovered by Copeland. Next play a 21-yard TD pass from Hopkins to T.D. Marshall. 31-0 Green. Hopkins is the real deal.

Halftime: Green 31- White 0.

2nd half opening kickoff returned to the White 40 (60 yard return.) Interesting note, the opening kickoff was taken to the 50.

Lucius Stanley gains 24 yards and the Green is already down to the White 16.

Wooden gains 8 on a reception,, but is stopped short. Green settles for a field goal on 4th and 2 at the White 7. Green now up 34-0.

Important update: Kris Moll went down early in the first half with an apparent leg injury.. Didn’t play the rest of the first half and is now on the sideline in a walking boot.

Glad to hear it’s nothing more severe. Figured it was precautionary

Watching the Gold Oline block is like watching sheep trying to defend themselves from wolves. It’s not pretty.

I think Watkins and a DB got ejected for fighting last year.

You may be right. I remember the fight but forget weather or not it was anything more than offsetting fouls

Lucero is in at QB for the Green team.. His first throw is a beauty to Alec Marsh. Marsh made a great leaping grab over the middle. Lucero’s first pass of the fourth quarter is completed after a bouncing deflection, but is negated after an offensive face mask..

Hendrick in at QB for White team.. He is intercepted by Grayson Cash on a lobbed ball downfield. Cash stumbles and falls on the return, much to the disappointment of his teammates who set him up for a nice return.

Hopkins completes a 19-yard pass to Kevin Davis who did most of the work. Davis could be another agile WR to step up this fall. He has had a lot of touches

Final: Green wins 34-0
