Just a little late for us
The proposed rule change would require that colleges accepting graduate transfers be docked a scholarship the next year if the transfer does not earn his secondary degree within a year. ... “This is like losing a scholarship from an N.C.A.A. penalty.”

It is may go into effect on August 1st. Will Rayjon be done before than? Will a big-time school be willing to give up a scholarship for 2 years to get one year out of him?

That is a good rule. This graduate transfer business is getting out of hand. Maybe this will cut down on players just bailing out to jump on a faster bandwagon.

I hadn't heard about this, but it certainly should cut down on some of the sham stuff going on in this area!
