AJ is a very impressionable young man and has a coach (more than 1) that are strong leaders. They preach hard work and putting in the sweat equity and this kid is listening. I really believe it's that simple.

I haven’t seen anyone questioning why he’s putting out the videos. But I don’t doubt you. There’s always those that swim in the negative cesspool.

I take the videos as he is very motivated to get stronger and improve his game, and he wants everyone to know he’s working hard.

He looks like he's shooting the ball too slow but what do I know. I know Mike Miller has been working with him on his jump shot.

Maybe just trying to encourage teammates to be doing the same. If I see a teammate working hard, I might be inclined to work as hard, or harder.
