Texas Southern did not host a Division I team out of conference. They are 8-2 at home (9 regular season and a SWAC Quarterfinal), 13-10 away, and 1-1 neutral. On Tuesday, they play a CIT Semifinal at Green Bay. They have 13 away wins, and none of the top 11 in the RPI have played 13 away games. Buffalo in 12th and Wofford in 22nd are the only teams in the top 27 of the RPI who have played at least 13 away games. I used the RPI rather than the NET because I found the RPI with each team's away record on one page. I only found the NET from the NCAA through Selection Sunday and from another site that makes you open every teams' page to get their away record.

I wonder what the record is for most away games played in a season.

Too bad Prairie View won the SWAC. Texas Southern beat Oregon, Baylor, & Texas A&M. Could play with anyone. Prairie View bowed out in Dayton.
