Should fill the vacant spot on our staff. Say what you want, but the man is a genius and still healthy for his age. Bring him in to mentor Mick for a couple years.

RE: Larry Brown
It would be much easier if you had one running thread called jarr's random crazy thoughts.

Also, of all of your tremendous amount of horrible ideas posted in this forum, this is easily the worst one ever.

Rick Pitino, Jerry Tarkanian, and Hannibal Lecter have better morals and ethics than Larry the clown. There are just some lines that shouldn't be crossed and inviting a walking NCAA infraction into your program.

Disclaimer: My loathing of Larry the clown is well documented on another basketball forum during his years in Detroit.

Well he is short but...wow can he play.
That's gotta hurt knowing that kid could've played for SMU.

Ok, he has been invovled with some NCAA run ins, but can't you just keep him away from the recruiting aspect. Whatever your thoughts are, there is no denying the guy is a great basketball mind and tactician. I don't think you have to worry about him getting caught up in any scandels at his age and in a an assistant role.

There are 2 known cheaters coaching against each other for a spot in the final four today. Does anyone really think that Calipari and Pearl are not currently cheating? No one cares. If they did, known cheaters would not be allowed to coach again in the NCAA rather than just change schools and start cheating again.

Not that I would want Larry Brown at UC. I think it would bring the wrong kind of attention.
