Yep. From his very first interview I was done. It was apparent to me he really didn't care at all about the city, the team, the players, the fans etc. He is just here collecting a pay day. Of course it has to be Memphis that is stuck with a dipst like him.

Just called a 15 yard penalty and wiped out an interception for having too many men on defense on the right side. Called by official working the overhead camera. Seriously.

These refs are idiots. They don't even know how much time should be on the clock after they overturn and give them the TD.

I’m not saying the league is great or shouldn’t be folded, but...

I went to my first game today. It was a blast.

I did also. Thrilling game that the small crowd was so into. Everybody was having a great time. I was afraid that Coach Singletary was about to give us a 'Woody Hayes' type moment when he went way out on the field after the official that let Orlando snap the ball at least two seconds after the play clock expired. He was melting down for sure. The only other time I've seen that is the Mississippi State coach (Bob Tyler?) walked out on the field protesting calls against them vs our Tigers in the Liberty Bowl late 70's. The refs then ignored it and played with Tyler a few yards on the field. Driving home listening to the postgame radio show, the color commentator with Greg Gaston was Russell Copeland. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. Also remember seeing Coach Spurrier coach the Tampa Bay Bandits against our Showboats in 1984 and 85 in the Liberty Bowl. 35 years later, he's back with another good team. Some people are born to coach. Steve Spurrier is one of them.

You seem to be drunk posting. But the blame goes to the AAF for assigning Singletary to us.

I am all for having more options to have a good time. Never fold a good time for a community if you don't have to. Hope the AAF can right itself.

I’m sorry, but if I knew Johnny Football was going to play I’d be there. What are they thinking? I don’t care if Silvers is the 2nd coming of Joe Montana.

What is it with game officials in games between teams from Memphis and Orlando?

Really did not see the 5th man in the backfield on that QB sneak TD either. Saw 2 tights in a balanced line with a great push across all 7 players up front.

The offensive pass interference on the touchdown was questionable too.
