That was fast...Tangentially related Day 2 of NBA season sans bubble. Houston cant field a team because of positive tests. Good year to be in the wings or on Gleague roster. Rosters supposed to be expanded this year and can carry 2-way players for more games than in the past

Hawks up 35+ with the 3rd quarter winding down... if there isn't some kind of contractual reason not to, Nathan might get a little run tonight.

Knight got 4 minutes at the end of the game, final line 4+ minutes, 0-2 FG, 3 reb, 2 PF, 2 TO, -12 +/-. Both shots were tips, so were 2 of the rebounds also. Both fouls were moving screens, so were also the turnovers.

I'm guessing Brant Weidner.

.....and then go farther and farther back. Jeff Cohen played in the ABA. I think that's the most recent before Weidner. So three players in about 60 years.

Does anyone know about a player named Andy Duncan? He's listed on a lot of websites as having played for us, but then W&M replied saying he played for a College of William and Mary in Kentucky (https://twitter.com/WMTribeMBB/status/13...8758368256 ).

I have never heard of Kentucky William and Mary, and can't find any reference to it, but Duncan is also not listed on Tribe athletics on any old rosters or on our all time rosters.

This is pretty fascinating to me (and I don't have anything better to do today) so I made a thread for it (https://csnbbs.com/thread-913529.html) and I'm gonna do some more research, let me know if you know anything.
