Judge Nap never Trumper strikes again
https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/mue...napolitano

He has always been a never Trumper along with Neil Cavuto.

I don't like the guy because he has it out for Trump I don't like the guy because he is wrong more often then right.

I want to see the whole report before reaching any conclusions. But it strikes me that if Barr misstated anything, then Mueller has both a right and a constitutional duty to set the record straight ASAP. So far, nada.

I've tended to like Napolitano's generally libertarian take. Not quite sure how or why he ended up on the never-Trumper train.

It might be an extreme position for him to take but there's a lot about Trump's policies for libertarians to dislike. Trade, immigration, First Amendment as just a few examples.

I watched the video. I found his analysis quite reasonable.

He just signed an EO to guarantee 1A rights on all college campuses, what has he done that violates 1A rights?

But not as much for libertarians to dislike as there is for the apparently available alternatives. Or at least not for this libertarian.

"Judge" Nappy is an IDIOT. He can't possibly know what's in the report being that he never read it. Even if there's no proof in the report democrats will say there is, dems are desperate.

We prefer not to collectivize in the first place, regardless of label, unless it is to agree that there should be less collectivization.

The libertarians who insist on perfection are just as big a problem for pragmatic libertarians.

The neocons and religious right who insist on 100% perfect adherence to their points of view are equally big problems for republicans IMO. Maybe that opinion exists because I agree with a lot more of what libertarians believe than I do with neocons or the religious right.

I would like to see a pragmatic conservative who is not afraid to take a stand. Sad but true, the closest I see to that right now is Donald Trump.

Has a libertarian ever been elected. I cant think of one. I mean kits fine as an "ism" but you gotta win something. Until libertarians win something they just elect democrats. Not hating but it ain't real till it's gets real.

To the OP about nap......does anyone really gaf what he thinks?

XACLY!

it's simply a waste of time and why both sides have no clue how to combat such....

however, the ones left on the right are beginning to realize the virtue of such....

ol' boy changed the game.....and yaz never saw it coming....

Well Well. Judge Nap changed the title of his article from

"Mueller report 'undoubtedly' proves conspiracy, obstruction"

To

"Mueller report 'undoubtedly' proves some conspiracy, obstruction but not enough"

He even got the page count of the report wrong. In the article he says the report is over 700 pages and it was confirmed today the report is more like 300.

Big difference on both accounts.
