Nah, students will still make the run across Southern. They aint gonna climb four flights of stairs just to cross the bridge. The upper level garage parking users will though.

The wrought iron fencing has been in place for over a year now - you can only access across the tracks at certain points that are gated as well.

i think it is the same overpass, the first is heading east on central, the second is heading west on central
