Looked into it. Kira Lewis was supposed to be in this class, the 2019 class.

He re-classed late last summer, in August, and immediately committed to and enrolled at Alabama.

Exactly. Not all players entering the transfer portal are doing so without any encouragement from their coaches. Somebody, maybe Jeff Goodman, reported there are already 400 players in the transfer portal.
