Personally, I have never understood prioritizing hockey over basketball at WMU but that's just me. You get WAY more exposure just making the NCAA Tournament than we'll ever get even winning a national championship in hockey. The return on investment in basketball is just astronomically higher. I agree that it doesn't make much sense to make a coaching change unless we start investing some additional dollars into the program (marketing, facilities, etc.)
