Monday Musings
Happy Oberon day! Spring and Tiger baseball is upon us, which should be about as optimistic as emu baseball after getting broomed out of Dekalb.
The Great MAC Hope the Buffalo Bulls were ruthlessly hunted down by the Red Raiders of Texas Tech knocking us out of the tournament and dashing all hopes that they could mimick the Kent State run to the Elite 8 in 2002? How would us emu fans have cheered Thursday if Michigan had played Buffalo?
Football had a scrimmage, no one got hurt so I consider it a W.
I don't get excited about pro days, the film speaks the loudest words of if you can play or not.
Tacko Fall and UCF made the tournament exciting most of the other games were chalk city
Tulane fired and hired a coach last week, yet we wait and wait and wait.
Enjoy a beer with an orange as spring should show up soon! (usually may)

Tulane fired Mike Dunleavy (sr) after a 0 - 18 season.

His record over 3 years was dreadful.

Dear fanfrompowellspub,
I can't speak for anyone else, but I would have been rooting for Buffalo if they were to play Michigan. Hopefully, (speaking for myself) Texas Tech beats Michigan.

I second that emotion!

Watching the Tigers this year will drive you to drink. The entire AL overall has questionable starting pitching

I agree.

An old saying is: Purgatory is like hell but doesn't last forever.

Well watching the Tigers in recent years has been like purgatory.

Hopefully things really turn up in 2020 and 2021 as the farm prospects mature.
