There’s actually one point in there I support. Having the proven biological father financially responsible (50%) during pregnancy. That, of course, would mean he has say in any decision to terminate the pregnancy.

Of course, I suppose it says something about where we are as a society that we need a test to determine who is the father. Not to mention that the whole support question even exists. Spend a couple of generations subsidizing unwed mothers, and guess what you get?

That would get pulled out of the bill if it actually went forward. To many women would get screwed by it.
