1. Fire Judy!
2. Rotate MBB Basketball Tournament annually to cities where member institutions are located in or near (El Paso, Nashville, Birmingham, Miami, Charlotte, etc. ).
3. Authorize each school to negotiate Local TV Programming contracts for OOC MBB games. (Example MT vs. Belmont, or WKU vs. Murray State)
4. Require all CUSA Members to eliminate FCS opponents from future FB schedules.
5. Agree to have each member team play one FB game per year (weeknight) to attract whichever network (even Espin) that gives us more than the crappy $400,000 per annum!
6. Fire Judy!

Why do that? We'll just wait until 2025 when ECU and the private schools are officially AAC leftovers. At that point y'all can just rejoin CUSA. Welcome home troll bastard.
The teams that left CUSA can never rejoin CUSA. They are banned forever.

I like it. Let them burn in leftover purgatory.

RE: In the Wake of the New AAC Deal...
I'm looking online and I can't quite find the current CUSA deal in black and white. What I gather from looking it was for 2018-2019

CBSSN: 9 Football Games, 8 Basketball games + FB CCG and BB Semi Finals and Finals

Facebook / CBS Produced: 3 Football game and 6 Basketball Games

Facebook / Stadium Produced: 7 Football Games and 15 Basketball Games

Stadium TV: 8 Football Games and 11 Basketball Games

ESPN3/+ : "Schools will still be on the hook for production costs of any games broadcast by ESPN3" according to this USA Today article https://www.hattiesburgamerican.com/stor...429479002/

This comes to:

18 Football games on TV including the CCG (CBSSN/Stadium)
10 Football games on Facebook
22 Basketball games on TV including the conference tournament (CBSSN/Stadium)
21 Basketball games on Facebook

That's not as bad as I thought from the common complaints I've read.

Has there been any updates to what might happen with Bein or who long the above deal is in place?

Not bad, but I'd alter some of your suggestions...

1. Fire Judy! Absolutely! And, clean house at the conference headquarters.

2. Rotate MBB Basketball Tournament annually to cities where member institutions are located, (or in sizable cities near our universities). Both divisions should have equal opportunity to host the tourny in their region

3. Authorize each school to negotiate any home game of any sport not specifically included in an actual broadcast deal. Deny the conference the right to negotiate streaming rights until after programs have had an opportunity to find actual broadcasters for our content. A good AD should be able to secure local broadcasting where our conference has failed

4. Require all CUSA Members to eliminate Bodybag games from future FB schedules. FCS games are not optimal, but at least they count towards bowl eligibility. Bodybag games cheapen the conference and do nothing for our media deal.

5. Agree to have each member team play one FB game against another C-USA program for a set week on an annual basis (Week 5- FIU/FAU, Week 6- USM/LA Tech, Week 7- WKU/MTSU, Week 8- Rice/UTEP, Week 9- North Texas/UTSA, Week 10- ODU/Charlotte, and Week 11- UAB/Marshall). I paired the holdovers together, and the others by tradition or proximity.

A small suggestion:

7. Make every school sign a contract with the conference stating that they are not leaving the conference except for two cases:
A) To a P5 conference
B) At a significant multi-million dollar penalty

We really need the Florida schools to get better. One reason the AAC has progressed so much is UCF has become a major player in sports. I remember they were about the point that FAU and FIU were 10-15 years ago. If they can get it done, is there any reason that one of the FAU/IU's can't do the same?

First they will both need real basketball arenas, something UCF has always had....So that's a start..

Don’t worry, it’s coming after we finish our IPF. We improved big time in basketball. Our coach had the team overachieving with the amount of injuries we faced.

The Florida teams are improving, look at our records in the past few years. What we really need is the bottom teams in the conference to win some OOC games.
