haven't read the whole thread, but I do know that his EO guarantees the right of conservative voices to be heard on college campuses.

Right, in any sane version of this country there should be no EO required to protect the free speech of any group.

Now they have to step in and enforce the Bill of Rights.

Are you saying it's f'd up that the administration felt this was needed, or simply that Trump took this action? It certainly looks like an EO that will be difficult if not impossible to enforce so this is probably just symbolic. Good message but better ways send it?
